Renewal Mill is a next generation ingredients company committed to reducing global food waste by upcycling the byproducts of food manufacturing into premium products and ingredients. Our first product is okara, a high-fiber, gluten-free flour harvested from the pulp left over from soy milk processing. We sell okara directly and also use it to make delicious vegan cookies!
